All hair extensions are at risk of being over processed. The extensions are coloured before they are fitted to your hair so we do recommend avoiding colouring your hair extensions where possible. Dreamy Lengths will not be held responsible for any hair that has been coloured or tampered with
There are many elements listed in the aftercare advise section that can cause hair extensions to change colour. Please make sure you read this section thoroughly. We cannot exchange or refund any hair that has been exposed to the elements listed on the aftercare advice page.
Breakage of the hair is a common perceived fault which occurs when excessive heat is applied to the hair over a period of time. The cuticle of the hair is made up of several layers and once this is damaged the hair will start to snap. This damage cannot be repaired. We strongly advice keeping heat exposure to a minimum and not using over 180℃ on the hair.
Your new hair extensions have no direct supply of nutrients as they are not directly attached your scalp. You need to make sure you are using the correct aftercare products to maintain good condition of the hair. Please see our advice page on this area.
We strongly advice against this. Make sure the hair is thoroughly dry from root to tip before going to bed. Braiding the hair is also recommend preventing excessive tangling.

I’m afraid you do. All returns must be sent recorded delivery and we strongly advise you keep proof of postage.

Once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes to it. If you need to add something to your order then you will need to place a new order.
Yes exchanges are accepted. All products must be returned in its original packaging. Any products that have been tampered with in any way will not be accepted.

Your items will be sent via DOD. Final prices at checkout are inclusive of VAT

All orders placed before 2.30pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be posted the following working day.

Please note that your delivery date will be worked out from the date of dispatch. Next day delivery will arrive the day after by the time selected. Your parcel will require a signature.

Signature Release – If you prefer not to sign for your delivery and would like your order left in a ‘safe place’ you can remove the signature requirement. In doing so Dreamy Lengths and the courier will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your item has been delivered.

Royal Mail 1st class service can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

On the rare occasion that a parcel may not reach you we will be unable to send out replacement goods until the parcel has been declared as ‘lost’. This can take up to 10 working days.
